On June 11th., 2003 and again on September 11th., 2003
through "no-fault of his own", CR Sutherland suffered
injuries in 2 separate "100% not-at-fault" motor
vehicle accidents !
Following the last accident, and due to the Severity
of his injuries, Mr Sutherland Is Now "Catastrophically Impaired" !
This Nightmare is perpetuated by character assassination,
insensitive doctors, and the extent to which "His Own Insurer"
obstructs Access To and/or Delays Providing Copies Of "Their Own
Independant Medical Examination Medical Reports", make industry
standard excuses of "Oops Clerical Error", in addition to how
far they will go to Delay, Obstruct, If Not Out-Right Refuse
Medical, Rehabilitation and Financial Benefits under
"no-fault-insurance".

For The Record ! There is No Known Family History of Migraine
Headaches Going back to May 29th., 1871 to present date (137 years,
5 months, 11 days), Nor has there been any Pre-accident Condition
of Migraine Headaches !

Medication
Amitriptyline:To calm down my nervous system and help me
sleep. Exactly the opposite happened and I walked the floor
instead.
Hallucinations ?
I have seen objects move that shouldn't !
I see things that don't exist and the list goes on..
Advil:In the words of one doctor "these can CAUSE Migraines" ?
The end result being, I have been passed from specialist to
specialist with these words of encouragement "if this isn't (?)
then I can't help you" !
(Did you know a Doctor's Hour Appointment Is 45 Minutes ?
These Problems Have Been On-going for 5 Years And Are Now
Going To Be Diagnosed and Cured in This Amount Of Time ?)

*) Eyes normal. Objects are of the wrong size, people, cars,
ground moves up/down or is too close. Disorientation/loss
co-ordination once started continues is waves.
*) uncontrollable spasms are triggered by colors/patterns/smells
and light. There are periods of disorientation and disjointed
awareness (i.e., astonishment, time/space slow motion, inside
looking out ?).
*) I have seen (in absolute darkness) sharp flashing pin points
of bright light ?
*) While sitting at a table looking outdoors a tree and makeshift
lean-to approached my back door at a high rate of speed.
On another occasion A parked car facing me almost ran me
down while walking past it.
*) While out for a walk, colors and patterns trigger stumbling,
staggering and loss of mid-step mechanical co-ordination,
climbing in mid-air and on surfaces that do not have inclines
or declines. Sometimes I do not know if my foot is up or down
where is ground ?
*) With or without warning I may find myself walking down into
a hole/pit and trying to walk up and out the other side.
Sometimes this is accompanied with other sensations, whatever
is holding me up is about to cave in at times there is poor
to no muscle response and great danger of falling (which has
happened many times) ?
*) I have Conducted an unscientific study of fruit or vegetable
size distortion in the local supermarket, this has shown that
I see these objects (depending on shape, size, color, and type
of fruit/vegetable) in varying sizes, from 15 to 30 % larger
than they are in reality.
